Disney Vacation Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility. This Disney Vacation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all residents of the United States participating in a school event known as a Book Blast. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Books Are Fun, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 357 McCaslin Blvd, Suite 200, Louisville, CO 80027, United States. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on 6/15/26 at 12:01 AM Mountain Time and ends on 6/13/2027 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, eligible families may enter by participating in a Book Blast hosted by their school and inviting friends and family to support their Book Blast. A family will receive one entry when they invite at least 15 individual contacts via email or text message. When registering for a Book Blast, you will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields during registration with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible).

Limitations on Entries. Entrants may only participate through a Book Blast hosted by a school with which they are affiliated. Each entrant will receive one entry for every 15 contacts submitted. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: Round-trip, coach class airfare for up to five (5) family members from their nearest domestic major commercial airport to a major airport nearest the Disney of their choosing located in the United States; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights at a Disney hotel of the sponsor’s choosing; and five (5) general admission tickets per day for 2 days to a Disney theme park. Selection of airline, event selections, seat locations, and other travel and event arrangements are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Tickets to a particular event are not guaranteed. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in Grand Prize package. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. A minor winner may only accept the Grand Prize if the minor-winner’s parent or legal guardian travels with the minor-winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e. valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel and these risks may be present before, during, and after the trip. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and conditions may apply to airline, hotel, or event suppliers for which Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages. All aspects of the Grand Prize are subject to conditions outside of the Sponsor’s control. Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for any fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, large-scale illness, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any elements of the Grand Prize. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,999, depending on fluctuations in airfare, accommodations, and event availability at time of booking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. All travel must take place before June 15, 2027 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. A Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize. If a winner does not accept or use the entire Grand Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize.

Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about June 15, 2026 at Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be notified by telephone (at the phone number provided by the Winner during the Entry Period) by the Sponsor within fourteen 14 days of the random drawing. The Winner shall have up to five (5) business, from the date Sponsor initially calls the Winner, to contact the Sponsor and claim the prize. In the event the Winner does not contact the Sponsor within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s phone call, the Winner may be disqualified and shall not be awarded the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing, all at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION OR THE THEORY OF RECOVERY, EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, consideration (except for the awarding of the prize) or remuneration of any kind, for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. You may be required to sign a document confirming your consent to this effect.
