Our Culture
Like the characters that make up our favorite stories, the fun, inclusive culture here at Books Are Fun is shaped by all of us. And with a team spread across the map, that means finding plenty of ways to connect, collaborate, and move the plot forward together. We speak up. We listen with curiosity. Most importantly, we trust each other through every chapter. Here’s what it looks like on the page:
• A quarterly book club
• A dedicated culture committee
• Quarterly company-wide meetings
• Remote events that keep us close
• One big in-person gathering each year
• Paid volunteer time off every year
